Copyright Policy
Ownership: Upon acceptance of an article, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, transferring the copyright of the article to the GK International Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology.
License: GK International Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology publishes all articles under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), which allows others to distribute, remix, adapt, and build upon the work, even commercially, as long as they credit the original creation.
Author Rights: Authors retain significant rights to use and share their work. They can Share their article in any repository or website; Use their article for educational purposes; Create derivative works based on their article.
Permission Requests: For any use beyond the license, permission requests must be directed to the editorial office at editorgkijaret@gmail.com
Plagiarism Policy
GK International Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology follows a strict plagiarism policy. All submitted articles are checked for plagiarism. Articles with a similarity index above 10% will be returned to the authors for revision. If plagiarism is detected prior to publication: the article will be rejected, and the authors may be banned from future submissions .If plagiarism is detected after publication, the article will be retracted, and a retraction notice will be issued in the journal.
Peer Review Policy
Type: GK International Journal of Advanced Research in Engineering and Technology employs a double-blind peer review process, where both the reviewers and authors are anonymous to each other.
Process: articles are first reviewed by the editorial staff for suitability and compliance with journal guidelines. Suitable articles are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. Reviewers evaluate the article based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the field. Based on reviewers’ feedback, the editor will make one of the following decisions: accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject. Authors are required to address reviewers’ comments and submit a revised article within the stipulated time frame.
Publication Ethics
Authorship: Only individuals who have significantly contributed to the research and article preparation should be listed as authors. All listed authors must approve the final version of the article.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could influence the results or interpretation of their article.
Data Integrity: Authors must ensure that their data is accurate and honest. Fabrication, falsification, and selective reporting of data are unethical.
Multiple Submissions: Submitting the same article to more than one journal simultaneously is prohibited.
Corrections and Retractions: If errors or ethical issues are discovered post-publication, the editorial office will issue corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern as necessary.
Ethical Oversight: Research involving human subjects or animals must comply with ethical standards and be approved by relevant ethics committees. Authors must provide evidence of such approval upon request.
